The short version
We don't run tracking or advertising cookies on this site. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us, through our contact form, email or WhatsApp, and we use it solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the message you write. This is sent securely to us via our email service provider so we can reply to you, and you'll automatically receive a confirmation email.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email directly, the same principle applies: we only use what you send us to respond to you.
Cookies
This site currently uses functional cookies only, for example, to remember that you've already responded to our cookie banner, so we don't ask again every visit. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in future (for example, if we add visitor analytics to understand how people use the site), we'll update this notice and our cookie banner accordingly, and you'll be able to decline.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe your information has been mishandled
